My daughter is getting ready for her prom. Her sister is getting ready for her wedding. Me, I’m getting ready to leave the country –kidding. I do feel stressed out, but if I take it one task or one day at a time their special day will be here before we know it. First off, I need to buy a wedding garter, wedding favors and a prom garter. Then, I need to buy prom party favors and personalized prom favors for youngest daughter’s best friends. If I get this set of tasks completed, I feel like everything will turn out just fine. Life is good!!

I don’t know if my friends were too cheap to throw a girls night out party for me, or if no one really thought much about them back then. Hey, I remembered to get wedding favors for them. It would have been nice to have a girls night out celebration with bachelorette party supplies, decorations and games. If we would have had all the supplies they have now, from new games to bachelorette party gifts we could have had a really great night. I may have missed out on this tradition, but I’m gonna make sure my daughter does’nt, when she becomes a bride to be.

That’s what my sister suggests. She thinks personalized favors make better wedding favors. She thinks a personalized wedding favor will mean more to my guests. I couldn’t believe he liked my idea of getting photo coasters for wedding favors as our guests thank you gifts. But he said a photo coaster set sounded like a good idea. Is it that easy? Wedding bell to the rescue…. Not sure if it is, but today will tell us for sure. We are leaving right now for this store that a friend at work told me rescued her when it came to her wedding decorations. I figured lets check it out. They had the cutest wedding bell favors. I knew I wanted every single one they had in stock. Their stock is running out because they sell things on the cheaper side, meaning cheap wedding bell favors. Plus I want to buy large silver wedding bell and these big bells are not expensive either. I do feel rescued now that i twink about it. We don’t have give a second thought to the wedding favors. That is excellent!

Both our moms wanted to help with the wedding and reception, but we wanted to plan our fabulous destination wedding on our own. We felt so bad that they felt left out so we had his mom take care of the destination wedding invitations and my mom handled the wedding favors. I told her to choose from the variety of destination wedding favors that I showed her. Now everything is coming together and the day is drawing closer. This will be one of the best destination weddings ever.
